Laser marking is a non-contact processing, which can be marked on any special-shaped surface, the object will not be deformed, and will not generate internal stress, suitable for metal (requires corresponding laser), plastic, glass, ceramics, wood, leather, etc. Material; the marking is clear, permanent, beautiful and can effectively prevent counterfeiting; it has the characteristics of fast marking speed, low operating cost and no pollution.
In order to make the products processed by the laser marking machine fast and good, we must understand the meaning of the parameters of the laser marking machine. The parameters affecting the laser marking effect on the laser marking equipment mainly include:
1. Laser power supply current - control the laser power value output by the laser. The higher the current value, the higher the laser power.
2. Frequency - control the peak power of the laser and the number of laser pulses per unit time. The larger the frequency value, the smaller the peak power and the more laser pulses per unit time.
3. Graphic filling spacing - control the solid degree in the marking graphics. The smaller the graphic spacing, the denser the filling, and the closer the graphic is to a solid. Of course, the more lines there are, the longer the processing time will be. vice versa.
4. Fill angle - control the direction of the fill line and determine the texture in the graphic. Common fill angles are: 0 or 180 degrees; 90 degrees; 45 degrees; 135 degrees.
5. Marking speed of laser marking machine - control the speed of laser marking. It is the processing speed of the laser marking machine when marking - the speed of the laser output when marking the line.
6. Idle speed - the speed of the laser when scanning and processing the graphics frame; the speed of the laser from the initial point to the processing starting point.
The parameters that do not need to be adjusted frequently are: the following effects mainly determine the line effect of the marking graphics, such as line sealing, filling and the coincidence of the wheel hub, etc., generally default.
7. Turn-on delay - the delay of the laser at the moment when the laser outputs the laser.
8. Light-off delay - the delay of the laser at the moment when the laser is turned off.
9. Corner delay - when the included angle is greater than 135 degrees, the delay of the laser at the corner.
10. Jump delay - the delay between the laser turning off and turning on.
To sum up, the basic control parameters of the marking software of the laser marking machines are the same no matter how the control interface changes. Due to the differences between different software algorithms, when the same control menu is filled with the same parameters, the effect will be slightly different.
