Many experienced friends may know that it is necessary to replace the antifreeze in time.

But there are still many doubts:

Temperature conditions for replacing antifreeze: local temperature is greater than 0°C

Replacing antifreeze steps:

1. Clean all the antifreeze inside the water cooler and laser.

2. Clean the water tank of the water cooler and the pipeline of the laser twice with clean water, and drain the water.

3. Clean the filter screen of the water cooler, the filter element and the filter screen at the water inlet of the laser, and install them. If the filter screen and filter element of the hand-held laser welding machine are damaged, new parts need to be replaced.

4. Add a certain amount of distilled or deionized water to the water cooler.

Precautions:

(1) Antifreeze has a certain weak corrosiveness and can only be used for a short period of time. Long-term use will cause damage to the optical components of the laser and the welding head, resulting in unnecessary losses.

(2) When replacing the antifreeze, be sure to clean the filter screen, filter element of the water cooler and the filter screen at the water inlet of the laser. If the antifreeze is added to the laser welder in the early stage, it will be put into the water cooler without stirring evenly, and flocs will be generated, which will be blocked on the filter screen and the filter element.

(3) The water needs to be changed regularly, and the filter screen, filter element of the water cooler and the filter screen at the water inlet of the laser should also be cleaned while changing the water. Because in moderate temperature, algae and bacteria are easy to breed. If the dust in the air enters the water, it will cause the water to deteriorate, and it is easy to block the filter screen, filter element and waterway for a long time.
