Welding head problem: burning copper nozzle
Jan 12, 2023The analysis of causes:
During the welding process, there is heat diffusion to the copper nozzle which may damage it. In the treatment process, we should analyze the heat source at first, to check which one to transfer heat. The lens astigmatism, red light bias or external material.
Solution:
This should be ensured before processing
①The red light is centered (the polarized light will cause the light to hit the mouth).
②Suitable scanning width (generally it is within 5, and usually we will set to 3)
③Focus 0 focal length (scale tube is 0 is enough)
1. First of all, the light is far away from the ground, and look at the copper mouth to check if it is hot. If it is not hot, which means that the lens has no problem and there is no astigmatism. If it is hot, and the damaged lens needs to be replaced.
2. In the above normal cases, if the welding is hot, it means that the material transfers heat when in the welding process. So in the actual use process, the outer corner copper nozzle is more easily damaged than the inner corner, and the copper nozzle can be used to solve this problem.
3. Welding techniques also affect the hot. Welding head and material should be at 45° welding as much as possible.
4. Highly reflective materials such as aluminum plates can also cause copper nozzles to be hot, which is uncontrollable.
