Manifestation:

When the trigger button is pulled, the detection page Laser Trigger Signal is grayed out

The analysis of causes:

When the trigger is pulled, the 7/8 pin of the signal interface one should be turned on, and when there is a circuit break or an internal problem with the mainboard, it is displayed in gray, and the structure is as shown in the following figure.

Trouble solutions:

① Testing whether the safety lock signal is normal or not. In some cases, the aviation socket is loose, which results in two signals are not available, and the air socket is located 80cm behind the line of the welding gun.

②Short-connect the 7/8 pin of the signal interface one directly. If the on-board is no problem, then continue the next step of the check.

③Disassemble the button, and measure the on-off from the button to the terminal. In some cases, the line is broken.

④ When there is no problem with these above, most of them are problems with the button itself, such as poor contact, etc., and the button needs to be replaced.
