When the welding gun comes into contact with the workpiece, the detection page [Safe Lock Signal] is grayed out

The analysis of causes:

When the welding gun is in contact with the workpiece, the 5/6 pin of the signal interface one should be turned on. But when there is a circuit break or an internal problem with the mainboard, it will be displayed in gray. And the structure is shown below.

Logic

The feet five connected to the secure lock chuck and contact with the workpiece.

The feet six are connected to the welding gun tip via a three-core wire.

Trouble solutions:

①Testing whether the trigger signal is normal at the same time. In some cases, the aviation socket is loose, which results in no two signals, and the air socket is located 80cm behind the line of the welding gun.

② Short-circuit the signal interface one of the 5/6 pins directly. If the on-board is no problem, please continue to the next step of the inspection.

③Measure the on-off from the safe lock clip to 5-feet

④Measure the on-off from the copper nozzle to the 6-foot. In some cases, if the line is broken, and you can use the multimeter to test the on-off of signal.
